Screenshots

• 11th of July: Decided to polish the birth-UI with cursor-selection of races/classes and auto-display of appropriate help. Currently highlighting Hobbit race.
• 15th of April: Not much is done on the screenshot-front anymore, but here he is exploring carrying a torch and a sword.

Experimental downloads

If you're a Debian-user (with sid/unstable) and wish to live on the edge, snapshots of Langband will frequently be created as packages at the following location:

      deb http://cclan.sourceforge.net/debian cclan lisp
      deb-src http://cclan.sourceforge.net/debian cclan lisp
    

The lines above may be added to /etc/apt/sources.list and you'll be notified whenever langband is updated. A few other lisp-packages also reside on the above location. Note however that they are basically in the experimental-category. If you have no lisp-system working on your Debian, you might need the packages cmucl, cmucl-small and common-lisp-controller from Debian sid/unstable. The cmucl in stable/potato cannot be used for Langband because it does not provide callbacks for C-code. cmucl in woody/testing can be used with the source-archive, but not with the Debian-packages.
